KLM Ventures Inc (“KLM Ventures,” “we”) designs accessible smart homes in Los Angeles County and Orange County. This page says what we collect and what we do not do with it.

What we collect

If you request a visit or leave a callback on this site, we ask for your name, phone number, optional city, who the home is for, and whether we may call you about that visit. Quiz answers (who the home is for, concerns, timeline, county) are stored with the request so we can recommend a starting package.

We use a hidden honeypot field to catch bots. If that field is filled, we discard the submission.

How we use it

  • To call or email you back about the visit you requested.
  • To keep a record of consent to call (timestamp on the form).
  • To see, in aggregate, which pages and quiz steps people use (analytics).

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a mailing list from this form. We do not send marketing texts from this site.

Who receives it

  • KLM Ventures Inc — mike@klmventure.com via our form processor (Web3Forms) so we can call you back.
  • Analytics — page and quiz events. Name and phone on a lead event are used as an interim inbox until a CRM is wired. Filter on this website only.
  • Licensed partners — only if you hire us for a project that needs electrical or other license-required work, and only the information needed for that scope.

Calls

The form requires you to check: you may call me at this number about this free visit. No mailing lists. I can say no anytime. That is the only call consent this site collects. Saying no on a later call is enough; we will stop.

Cookies

The site may set cookies for analytics and to remember text-size. You can use the site without accepting marketing cookies — we do not run ads on this domain.

Retention

Visit requests are kept as long as needed to serve the request and our records (typically two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner, or law requires longer).
